Niagara 35 Classic, “Phantasia II” Is For Sale. 

A magnificent example of this classic Canadian cruising yacht. Excellent sailing characteristics and well equipped for longer trips and longer stays on board. For example there is an updated sail plan with tides marine main sail system, easy to manage cutter rig with 2 new Harken furlers and anchoring system complete with chain, rode and Lighthouse 1501 electric windless. Down below there is a deluxe galley with 3 burner stove, oven and broiler supplied by 2 x 20 lb propane tanks. Phantasia has a bow workshop complete with tool, anchor chain, sail storage lockers and work bench with vise.  All lights have been converted to LED. Power is supplied by solar and wind charging to the substantial 500 Amp hour house battery bank.

  1. michael – you’ve done a beautiful job of keeping phantasia in perfect condition. anyone who is looking for a beautiful, reliable boat that sails to the wind and is energy efficient and very well equipped would be lucky to get phantasia.
    it’s also been cleaned from top to bottom and the non-skid replaced while you were in harbour this fall.
    i’ve loved being on phantasia xoxo. dad loved sailing with you – and he had high standards (ex-navy, engineer and sailor for close to 50 years) and thinks you’re the best sailor he knew; he also felt jayne was excellent.
    i’ll miss phantasia and hope that she gets a great home with people who will appreciate all the work you’ve done and her special qualities.
